TryCase ("we," "our," or "the app") provides AI-powered phone-case try-on previews and visual product search. We respect your privacy and collect only the information needed to provide and improve our services.

When you use TryCase, we may process:
- Google account information: name, email address, profile photo, and account/user ID when you sign in with Google.
- Images and prompts: photos of your phone, phone-case design images, and text prompts submitted for AI image generation.
- Generated images: AI-generated try-on results and related case history.
- Preferences: selected language and onboarding/settings information.
- Technical information: crash reports and limited analytics information used to maintain and improve the app.
How we use your information
We use this information to:
- Provide AI phone-case try-on generation.
- Provide visual product search.
- Save and display your generated results and case history.
- Remember your language and app preferences.
- Authenticate your account.
- Detect crashes, errors, and improve app performance.
Third-party services
TryCase uses third-party services that may process information on our behalf, including:
- Firebase — authentication, database, analytics, and crash reporting.
- Supabase — storage of uploaded and generated images.
- Google — AI image generation.
- Google — visual product search.
These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
Image data
Images you submit may be transmitted to our third-party AI or visual-search providers when required to provide the requested feature. Generated images and case history may be stored in our cloud storage associated with your account.
Data retention
We retain account information and generated case history while needed to provide the service. Temporary image files on your device may be removed after processing or saving.
Logging out removes your local session information and signs you out of your account. Account deletion is not currently available through the app.
Children's privacy
TryCase is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app or on this page.
